<p><em>The study assessed the mediating effect of the</em> <em>of knowledge management on performance of listed food and beverages companies in Lagos state, Nigeria. The study adopted the survey research deign, the population consists of 820 top and middle level staff of selected food and beverage firms (Nestle Nigeria Plc, Unilever Nigeria Plc and Honeywell Flour Mill), in Lagos State, Nigeria. Purposeful sampling technique was adopted for this study. </em><em>The study employed Taro Yamane (1967) formula for determining the minimum sample size. Therefore, 267 were the sample size for this study. The study utilize primary source of data to collect data for the study. To ensure content validity and instrument reliability, the study underwent a pilot test. The study adopts quantitative method to analyze and statistically present and test the data that were collected. </em><em>Findings from the analysis indicate that the model is adequately fit to measure the relationship between knowledge management </em><em>and performance of food and beverages companies. </em><em>First finding revealed that knowledge acquisition has a positive and insignificant effect on performance, second finding revealed that knowledge application has a positive and significant effect on performance, The study recommends that food and beverages companies </em><em>should encourage their employees to engage in continuous learning and provide them with opportunities to acquire new knowledge and skills, Food and beverages companies should also place emphasis on knowledge sharing of their employees, especially through on-the-job training styles such as job rotation</em></p>kayode ibrahim kadiri

<p><strong>Abstract</strong>: <em>Early-age children often struggle to control their emotions, with tantrums being a common issue arising from their inability to express feelings effectively. Enhancing parental understanding regarding tantrum behavior can be achieved through conducting parenting seminars as a solution to equip parents with appropriate strategies in dealing with their children's tantrums. The method employed in this article is quantitative, involving 25 parent respondents from TK ABA 1 Gresik. Pre-Test and Post-Test questionnaires were administered before and after the seminar to assess changes in parental understanding of child tantrums. Statistical test results indicate a significant difference between the Pre-Test (19.08) and Post-Test (12.68) averages, affirming the positive impact of this seminar. Analysis highlights the effectiveness of parenting seminars in altering parental perceptions of child behavior, offering better insights into tantrums, handling strategies, and emphasizing the parental role in supporting child development. Positive responses from participants and schools demonstrate the tangible benefits of this initiative. In conclusion, parenting seminars hold significant urgency in addressing tantrum challenges in early-age children. By imparting deep understanding and concrete strategies to parents, these seminars play a crucial role in fostering optimal child development. The positive outcomes of this research confirm that parenting seminars can bring about significant changes in understanding and managing tantrums in young children in Indonesia.</em></p> <p>Abstrak: Anak usia dini sering mengalami kesulitan dalam mengendalikan emosi, salah satu permasalahannya adalah perilaku tantrum yang muncul akibat ketidakmampuan anak dalam mengekspresikan perasaan dengan baik. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pemahaman orangtua terkait perilaku tantrum dapat melalui pelaksanaan seminar parenting sebagai salah satu solusi untuk membekali orang tua dengan strategi yang tepat dalam menyikapi perilaku tantrum anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah kuantitatif dengan 25 responden orang tua di TK ABA 1 Gresik. Kuesioner Pre-Test dan Post-Test diberikan sebelum dan setelah seminar untuk menilai perubahan pemahaman orang tua terkait tantrum anak. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata Pre-Test (19,08) dan Post-Test (12,68), menegaskan dampak positif seminar ini. Analisis menyoroti bahwa seminar ilmu parenting efektif dalam mengubah persepsi orang tua tentang perilaku anak, memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang tantrum, strategi penanganan, dan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mendukung perkembangan anak. Respons positif dari peserta dan pihak sekolah menunjukkan manfaat nyata dari kegiatan ini. Kesimpulannya, seminar ilmu parenting memiliki urgensi yang besar dalam mengatasi tantangan tantrum pada anak usia dini. Dengan memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam dan strategi konkret kepada orang tua, seminar ini dapat berperan penting dalam mendukung perkembangan optimal anak-anak. <p>The objective of this research is to integrate the Quizizz application as an innovation in English teaching, particularly to improve the motivation and academic achievement of non-English students in reading and writing skills. Quizizz provides interactive and fun quiz games, allowing for adaptation of learning content according to students’ needs and skill levels. This study employs a quantitative research design with a quasi-experimental approach. The sample of this study consists of 32 samples in an experimental class and 34 students in the control class who are 4th-semester students of PGSD majoring at Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang during the 2023–2024 academic year. Data were collected using pretest and post-test, as well as analyzed through SPSS to test the validity and reliability of the research instrument and hypothesis. The results showed that the use of Quizizz application significantly affected English academic achievement improvement among students. The majority of the students showed increased motivation and performance in their learning, which yielded a positive impact on their grades.</p>Rahmat SaidKairawan Kairawan

<p><em>Abstract: </em></p> <p>Abstrak: : Kesehatan mental mahasiswa semakin meningkat di lingkup lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Kesehatan mental merupakan faktor utama yang mendukung individu dalam menjalani aktivitas keseharian khususnya menjalani aktivitas perkuliahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis deskriptif mengenai kondisi kesehatan mental mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang. Sebanyak 107 mahasiswa dari beberapa program studi di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Muhammadiyah Enrekang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner SRQ-20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa terindikasi mengalami masalah kesehatab mental yang di dominasi oleh perempuan. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis kondisi kesehatan mental berdasarkan variabel demografis. Hasilnya menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan anatara jenis kelamin dan tingkatan studi terhadap gejala gangguan kesehatan mental. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi pengembangan program dan kebijakan yang mendukung kesehatan mental mahasiswa. <p>The problems studied in this study are: (1) How does the counseling teacher apply information services in classical guidance related to student time management at DDI Uhailanu Junior High School, Aralle District, Mamasa Regency, (2) What are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors experienced by the counseling teacher in applying information services in classical guidance related to student time management at SMP Negeri 3 Polewali. This type of research is qualitative research that builds meaning based on field data. This qualitative research procedure, produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behaviour. Data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews, in-depth and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by giving meaning to the data that has been collected, and from the data conclusions are drawn. <p>Dalam dunia pendidikan selain berorientasi pada nilai intelektual, juga harus menekankan pada pembangunan karakter siswa, agar mereka cerdas dalam bersikap. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut diperlukan upaya dalam membangun karakter santri melalui kegiatan pembiasaan shalat berjamaah,dan sudah menerapkan pembiasaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui nilai-nilai karakter yang dibangun melalui kegiatan pembiasaan shalat berjamaah di Ponpes Miftahul Jannah Pontana Kab. Enrekang, (2 )untuk mendeskripsikan upaya membangun karakter siswa melalui kegiatan pembiasaan shalat berjamaah di Ponpes Miftahul Jannah Pontana Kab. Enrekang, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Hubberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Nilai karakter siswa yang dibangun melalui kegiatan pembiasaan shalat berjamaah di di Ponpes Miftahul Jannah Pontana Kab.
