          <jats:p>Pendekatan inovatif dalam manajemen pendidikan di SD dan PGSD adalah topik yang penting dan relevan untuk dikaji dan diteliti. Topik ini berkaitan dengan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas pendidikan dasar di Indonesia, yang merupakan pondasi awal bagi perkembangan anak dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Penelitian atau kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif . Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di SD yang menerapkan pendekatan inovatif dalam manajemen pendidikan di sekolah dasar dan PGSD. Data dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian atau kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan inovatif dalam manajemen pendidikan di SD dan PGSD memiliki beberapa contoh, dampak positif, dan tantangan. Penelitian atau kajian ini juga memberikan beberapa saran dan implikasi bagi sekolah, perguruan tinggi, pemerintah, orang tua, dan masyarakat dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dasar di Indonesia.</jats:p>

          <jats:p>Pendekatan inovatif dalam manajemen pendidikan di SD dan PGSD adalah topik yang penting dan relevan untuk dikaji dan diteliti.           <title>Analisis Efisiensi Penggunaan Media Belajar dalam Mendorong Minat Belajar Siswa</title>

          <jats:p>Analisis ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis efisiensi penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam mendorong minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan  metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Instrumen  berupa angket. Dan pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan menyebarkan lembar  kuesioner kepada subjek penelitian untuk menjawab pertanyaan pada angket.  Respondennya adalah siswa SDN 15 Panai Hulu Rantauprapat sebanyak 30 orang. Peneliti  juga menggunakan teori-teori dari referensi yang relefan dengan kasus yang diselidiki.  Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan 4 kategori skala likert, yaitu sangat setuju  (SS), setuju (S), tidak setuju (TS), dan sangat tidak setuju (STS) dan selalu (SL), sering  (SR), kadang-kadang (KK), dan tidak pernah (TP). Peneliti merumuskan 12 item  pertanyaan yang mana pertanyaan ini nantinya akan dijawab oleh para responden. Setelah  didapatkannya data hasil respon responden selanjutnya peneliti akan mencari rata-rata  persentase respon dengan menggunakan rumus P = (F/N) x 100%. Dan hasil yang peneliti  dapatkkan dari penelitian ini yaitu minat belajar sangat dipengaruhi oleh media  pembelajaran. Dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran guru sangat terbantu untuk  menyampaikan pesan dan tujuan yang ada dalam materi pembelajaran kepada murid  sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih real dan mudah dipahami oleh murid. Penggunaan  media pembelajaran ini bukan hanya meningkatkan motivasi dan minat dalam  pembelajaran tetapi juga membuat proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien.</jats:p>

          <jats:p>Mathematics is an important science in efforts to develop critical and systematic ways of thinking in solving problems. Mathematics has an abstract nature in its concepts, facts, operations and principles. This makes mathematics a subject that is difficult to understand directly. According to UNESCO, Indonesia ranks 45th out of 50 countries in students' ability to understand mathematics. Student difficulties can be caused by various factors such as self-aspects related to feelings, beliefs, ideals and attitudes. This difficulty in understanding mathematics results in an inappropriate attitude towards mathematics. This research aims to analyze the extent of student attitudes towards learning mathematics among students at SDN 20 Langsat Hulu Village. Then the subjects of this research were 25 class V students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection procedures in the form of questionnaires. This research shows that students' attitudes towards mathematics are in the good category.</jats:p>

          <jats:p>Technological progress is something that we cannot avoid in today's life, basically technological progress will go according to the progress of science. Every innovation is created to provide positive benefits for human life. Humanizing humans is very important in social life. The purpose of this study was to find out how to use corn-based skill-based e-modules in elementary science learning. By using the research method of literature study. This technique can be used by reading various literary works related to the problem under study, this strategy is used to gather basic information and points of view in writing. The use of e-modules is said to be more effective, efficient and practical if you have to use printed modules with indicators of social care. The two types of learning modules have differences with reinforcement using the t test that has been carried out, where the sig obtained is smaller than 0.05, so there is a difference between the two. The use of e-modules by integrating social skills with local corn wisdom in elementary science learning can maintain traditional knowledge and cultural empathy by understanding the perspectives and values ​​attached to the importance of corn in the lives of people in the surrounding environment.</jats:p>

          <jats:p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media Reka Cerita Gambar (RCG) terhadap keterampilan menulis peserta didik Sekolah Dasar. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen dan menggunakan perhitungan gain score. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah murid kelas 4 SD yang berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan adanya tingkat keterampilan menulis yang rendah berdasarkan pretest  dengan rentang nilai 1-4 dan posttest dengan rentang nilai 7-10. Hal ini menghasilkan keefektivan yang cukup siginifikan dari penggunaan media Reka Cerita Gambar terhadap keterampilan menulis peserta didik yang juga dapat dilihat dari perhitungan gain score yaitu 0,8 mengandung arti kriteria keefektivan yang tinggi.</jats:p>

Hasil penelitian adanya evaluasi program pendidikan di sekolah ini cukup bagus karna setiap evaluasi guru-guru akan tau dimana kekurangan mereka dan belajar untuk memperbaiki lebih baik dan memberikan pengajar yang baik kepada siswa-siswa agar mendapatkan mutu pembelajaran yang lebih baik.</jats:p>

          <jats:p>The purpose of this study was to find out: The application of character education in developing the personality of students at SDN 82 Dante Koa, Baraka District. This research is an exploratory qualitative research using data collection techniques obtained from researchers in the wild. In research, phenomena are interpreted in terms that can be understood by informants. The results of this study are: 1) the application of character education in shaping students' personalities, namely every Monday, teaching children to carry out ceremonies, field cleaning programs, class pickets, encouraging students to take trash to its place. separation of organic and inorganic, students must arrive at school every morning at 07.15, students are required to read prayers every time, during and at the end of learning, students are encouraged to do good deeds every Friday, students every Saturday before entering the first hour. class, students work together, both ends and involve students in learning, they shake hands with the teacher, the school canteen also has an honor canteen, and besides that, students sing after finishing studying. obligatory song 2) Factors that inhibit and support the personality development of students at SDN 82 Dante Koa Baraka Regency, namely some parents do not fully participate in the introduction of character values ​​given to them by the school, parents do not fully control them. children's pupils waiting for school, adaptation at home does not match adaptation to school, unsupportive social environment. However, SDN 82 Dante Koa, Baraka Regency is a supporter of the formation of student personality, on behalf of the family, environment and school as well as collaboration between school and parents. 3) the efforts of the principal and teacher in shaping the personality of the students of SDN 82 Dante Koa, Baraka District, namely the teacher must be good at maintaining attitudes during learning.</jats:p>

          <jats:p>The problem discussed in this study is how to implement thematic learning in improving student learning outcomes at SDN 102 Pudukku. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of thematic learning in improving student learning outcomes at SDN 102 Pudukku. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, namely describing and interpreting according to the data obtained. Primary data sources are data sources which are the main data sources in this study, which were obtained from school principals, study teachers at SDN 102 Pudukku in the field of Islamic Religious Education, Mathematics, Social Sciences (IPS), Natural Sciences (IPA), Indonesian Language, Citizenship Education, Physical Education, and other educators. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis were carried out interactively through the process of data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verification. The conclusion in improving student learning outcomes at SDN 102 Pudukku is that it has not gone well, this is due to a lack of socialization about thematic learning, the teacher's lack of understanding of thematic learning explanations in the curriculum used, the lack of information obtained by the teacher to carry out thematic learning, there is no guide for teachers to be able to develop learning to be thematic, and teachers cannot develop it in the form of themed lesson plans.</jats:p>

          <jats:p>   Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan yaitu rendahnya kemampuan siswa pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia membaca dan menulis. Dari hasil ulangan harian Siswa hanya terdapat 46% yang tuntas. Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa disebabkan kurang tepatnya guru memilih strategi/ metode yang sesuai dengan materi, guru kurang membimbing siswa dalam mengerjakan latihan dan tugas, kurangnya penekanan terhadap penjelasan konsep pelajaran. Sehingga murid kurang lancar membaca dan menulis. Dampak dari gejala tersebut berakibat pada hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa. Sehubungan dengan permasalahan di atas melalui penelitian peningkatan kemampuan belajar Bahasa Indonesia membaca dan menulis melalui model pembelajaran terpadu siswa kelas VI SDN 35 Pematang Duku merupakan cara yang tepat untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Skope penelitian ini adalah Classroom Action Research, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan oleh guru di kelas atau sekolah tempat peneliti mengajar, konsep pokok penelitian tindakan yaitu a) perencanaan (planning), b) tindakan (acting), c)pengamatan (observing), d) refleksi (reflecting). Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan dua siklus, setiap siklus dua pertemuan dan di fokuskan tentang penerapan model pembelajaran terpadu membaca dan menulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif terpadu memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar Bahasa Indonesia tentang membaca-menulis siswa yang ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam setiap siklusnya, yaitu dari 46% menjadi 100%.</jats:p>
