Penelitian ini menggunakan metode <em>Participatory Action Research</em> (PAR). Yaitu metode penelitian yang bersifat kolaboratif dan transformatif. This literature review investigates perceptions of legal aspects in elementary education, focusing on anti-discrimination laws, special education mandates, student privacy, safety regulations, employment laws, curriculum standards, disciplinary protocols, technology integration, and parental engagement. Schools must adhere to laws prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, sex, disability, and religion, ensuring equitable access to educational opportunities. The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) mandates provision of suitable services, including Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), to students with disabilities, guaranteeing them a free and appropriate education. Compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is essential to safeguard student records' privacy. Moreover, schools must maintain safe learning environments, comply with employment laws, and ensure curricula cater to diverse learning needs. Establishing fair disciplinary measures, respecting due process rights, and acknowledging teachers' and administrators' legal responsibilities are critical. This research aims to determine the numeracy abilities of class IV students at UPT SDN 197 Pinrang before being treated with the problem based learning model. To determine the numeracy abilities of class IV students at UPT SDN 197 Pinrang after being treated with the problem based learning model. And to find out the effect of the problem based learning model on the numeracy abilities of class IV students at UPT SDN 197 Pinrang. To solve the problem above, research was conducted. This research is a Quantitative Research with a Pre-Experimental Design approach with a One Group Pretest Posttest design which was conducted in 2024. This research used a sample of 27 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, initial test (Pre-test), treatment, final test (Post-test) and documentation. The research was carried out in class IV UPT SDN 197 Pinrang. The data analysis technique used is the Parametric Statistical test. The results of this research show that the Pre-test score is an average of 63.93 from 27 student samples with a KKM of 70, meaning that the average student score on the Pre-test has not reached the minimum standard of completeness set. Meanwhile, the average post-test score is 87.83 with a KKM of 70, meaning that overall class IV students at UPT SDN 197 Pinrang have reached the set completion standards. The results of calculating the influence of the problem based learning model on students' numeracy skills in class V PPKn subjects at MIN 2 Jeneponto using parametric statistics and t-test show a significant influence which from the results of the t-test analysis (Paired Sample t-Test) with the final data obtained, namely tcount = 10.255 &gt; ttable = 1.703 with a significance level of α = 0.05. Educators sometimes do not use varied learning models, so students experience boredom in the learning process. Apart from that, teachers still use conventional learning methods which direct the learning process more from the teacher to the students. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the student facilitator and explaining learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students. The design of this research is a quasi-experimental research with a non-equivalent pre-test and post-test control group. The population studied in this research were all students from class I to class VI, totaling 142 people. The sample in this study used a non-probability technique with purposive sampling, namely a technique for determining samples selected based on certain criteria. The sample consisted of two classes V-A and V-B at SD Al-Ittihadiyah consisting of 38 students. The data collection techniques used by researchers are documentation and tests, namely giving pre-tests and post-tests. The research results, as determined by an independent t-test, showed that the average value for the experimental class was 76.86 with a standard deviation of 9.372. The average value for the control class is 67.82 with a standard deviation of 9.926. This shows that the average score for students in the experimental class who participated in the student facilitator and explaining learning model showed a higher level of improvement in their academic performance compared to students in the control class, who received conventional teaching. The method in this research uses quantitative research, the type of research used is quasi-experimental. The population at this time is 38 people, all of them are class V students at Al-Ittihadiyah Elementary School for the 2023/2024 academic year. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling. The research instruments and tools used to collect data in this research are observation. The data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Statistical Data Analysis and Inferential Statistical Data Analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that 1) The speaking skills of fifth grade students at Al-Ittihadiyah Elementary School showed that the average speaking skills of students in the control class who did not receive treatment received a score of 65.26, while those who received treatment using Role Playing in the experimental class received a score of 76. .58, 2) The application of role playing in Class V of Al-Ittihadiyah Elementary School shows an increase according to the results of data analysis in the average level of students' speaking skills after implementing Role 76.58. This average value shows that the students' speaking ability after implementing role playing is higher than the average value of students' speaking ability before being given treatment. </em><em>3) The effect of role playing on the speaking skills of fifth grade students at SD Al-Ittihadiyah is 65.26 with a standard deviation of 10.603. This means that there is an increase in the average student's speaking ability. The average value before being given treatment was 56.84, with a standard deviation of 13.664, and the value after being given treatment was 76.58 and a standard deviation of 6.882. Finally, based on the results of the independent t test, the Sig (2 tail) value was 0.000 &lt; 0.005. This research also found that pantun cotton media can improve students' pantun writing skills. This research is a quantitative type of experimental research. This research involved 50 students from class V of Sidodadi State Elementary School, Youth Vocational District, which consisted of 2 classes: experimental class (IV-B) and control class (IV-A), each with 25 students each. A written test consisting of seven questions is used to measure students' abilities in pantun material. The software used to carry out data analysis and statistical tests is SPSS 27.0. The results of the research show that the rhyme writing skills of Sidodadi State Elementary School are greatly influenced by the presence of rhyme card media. The results of the hypothesis test also show that the experimental class treatment has an influence, because the sig. (2-fail) experimental class 0.000 is less than 0.05, so Ha and Ho are accepted at the level α = 0.05.
