This research design uses the Lee and Owens development research model which consists of five stages, namely; (1) Assessment / Analysis which consists of two main parts namely Requirement Analysis and Front-end Analysis; (2) Design ; (3) Development ; (4) Implementation ; and (5) Evaluation. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the product of the development met the validity aspect with a validation coefficient of 86,5%. The field trial results obtained a percentage of product practicality of 90%. Ilmu pengetahuan kini tidak lagi saling menyapa karena masing-masing memiliki otonomi sendiri. Secara positif memang kemajuan itu dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup manusia, namun sisi negatifnya, juga dan sangat membahayakan kehidupan manusia. Sebagai dampak lanjutnya, kurikulum pendidikan kini lebih diarahkan pada projek-projek yang mendukung kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi tersebut, yang pada gilirannya akan menciptakan manusia yang mekanistis dan materialistis. Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang tugas filsafat dalam mengatasi profesionalitas ilmu-ilmu, dan sekaligus tentang konsep pendidikan yang mendukungnya, dengan menggunakan konsep atau pemikiran filsuf Alfred North Whitehead sebagai pisau analisisnya. Hasil yang dicapai dalam artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa yang perlu dikembangkan dalam membangun pandangan yang menyeluruh mengenai realitas adalah pendidikan yang progresif, yang memperhatikan aspek kebudayaan dan sains. Kemudian dalam proses pembelajaran, aspek aktivitas dan kreativitas peserta didik harus diberi kebebasan agar tumbuh kemandirian dalam belajar, dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek kedisiplinan. Character education is now a major issue in education, apart from being part of the process of forming the morals of the nation's children, character education is also expected to be the main foundation in the success of Indonesia Gold 2025. This study aims to determine the application of local culture-based character education at SMAN 4 Enrekang and supporting and inhibiting factors of local culture-based character education and how the results of the application of local culture-based character education. This research was a qualitative descriptive study conducted at SMAN 4 Enrekang. Researcher collected data using interviews and documentation and analysis of data was qualitative analysis. Penelitian ini terdiri atas tiga tahap yaitu tahap prapenelitian, tahap penelitian, dan tahap pengelolaan data.Tahap prapenelitian digunakan untuk membuat rancangan mengenai berapa dan cerita apa yang akan diteliti. Tahap penelitian menggunakan dua cara, pertama langsung melakukan observasi ke seulurh wilayah Kabupaten Pandeglang dan cara kedua adalah dengan menggunakan teknik studi pustaka. Teknik pustaka dilakukan untuk mencari informasi dan sumber pustaka resmi, seperti Perpustakaan Daerah dan perpustakaan perguruan tinggi di Banten. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori dunia foklor dan cerita rakyat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan model inventarisasi sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian pelestarian cerita rakyat di Kabupaten Pandeglang adalah kumpulan cerita rakyat di Kabupaten Pandeglang yang berisi&nbsp; empatbelas cerita rakyat yaitu <em>Cerita Rakyat Pangeran Pandeglang dan Putri Cadarasi,, Legenda Tanjung Lesung, Cerita Rakyat Batu Tulis Citaman, Cerita Rakyat Syekh Maulana Mansyurudin Cikadueun. Cerita Rakyat Prasasti Batu Tulis Munjul, Cerita Rakyat Sungai Cisajir, Cerita rakyat Asal Mula Desa Mekarjaya Kec Cikedal, Cerita Rakyat Regen Boncel Caringin, Cerita Rakyat Situ Cikedal, Cerita Rakyat Ki Mintul dan Nyi Mintul, Cerita Rakyat Ki Ipuh Raja Buhaya Ti Ciliman, Cerita Rakyat Nyi Jompong, Cerita Rakyat Leuwi Lamot dan Belut Raksasa dan Cerita Rakyat Sumur Cidewata</em>. The method of this research that was qualitative with the subject of research that was the students in SMK 1 Enrekang. The results of research which based on the data results of the questionnaire service guidance career for choice of career showed that the importance of information about the type of work that was useful (40%) until (60%) strongly agrees. Consider interest (80%) strongly agree. Information world of work and the media type of the job (90%) highly agree. Jobs that require expertise (75%) strongly agree. The work of entertaining the crowd (60%) strongly agrees. Lacks of understanding the influence of education (60%) strongly agree, (35%) agree. Difficulty channelling hobbies (70%) strongly agree. Confused determine the school continued conformity ability (90%) highly agree&nbsp; While the data relationship introductions career against the choice of career showed the percentage of the will of the parents (50%) less agree. Work activities verbal such as lawyers (50%) did not agree. Work activities expression of self and creation (70%) did not agree. Hanya bangsa yang memiliki karakter kuat yang mampu menjadikan dirinya sebagai bangsa yang bermartabat dan disegani oleh bangsa-bangsa lain. Pendidikan karakter seharusnya membawa peserta didik ke pengenalan nilai secara kognitif, penghayatan nilai secara afektif, dan akhirnya ke pengamalan nilai secara nyata. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan atau library research, yakni penelitian yang dilakukan melalui mengumpulkan data atau karya tulis ilmiah yang bertujuan dengan obyek penelitian atau pengumpulan data yang bersifat kepustakaan, atau telaah yang dilaksanakan untuk memecahkan suatu masalah yang pada dasarnya tertumpu pada penelaahan kritis dan mendalam terhadap bahan-bahan pustaka yang relevan. Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional (sekarang: Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan) mencanangkan empat nilai karakter utama yang menjadi ujung tombak penerapan karakter di kalangan peserta didik di sekolah, yakni jujur (dari olah hati), cerdas (dari olah pikir), tangguh (dari olah raga), dan peduli (dari olah rasa dan karsa). Dengan demikian, ada banyak nilai karakter yang dapat dikembangkan dan diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Menanamkan semua butir nilai tersebut merupakan tugas yang sangat berat. Oleh karena itu, perlu dipilih nilai-nilai tertentu yang diprioritaskan penanamannya pada peserta didik.&nbsp; Direktorat Pembinaan SMP Kemdikbud RI mengembangkan nilai-nilai utama yang disarikan dari butir-butir standar kompetensi lulusan (Permendiknas No. 23 tahun 2006) dan dari nilai-nilai utama yang dikembangkan oleh Pusat Kurikulum Depdiknas RI (Pusat Kurikulum Kemdiknas, 2009). Proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual, keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh dirinya dan orang orang sekitar. Berikut adalah langkah-Langkah Penelitia: (1) Penelitian dan pengumpulan data (research and information collecting). (2) Perencanaan (planning). Related is also related to learning tools. The tools used by the teacher have not yet reached the level of HOTS (Higher of Order Thinking Skills) thinking ability as evidenced from the learning objectives in the RPP that are made only at the level 1 level (C1 - C2). Where the learning kit announces HOTS (Higher Level Thinking Skills) asking for learning activities in it to be synonymous with cognitive level 3 learning activities, namely at C4 - C6. The initial conditions in the field indicate that learning activities in the RPP are only cooperative learning and group discussions or class discussions, learning activities are less varied. Seeing the conditions that have been described, it is deemed necessary to further improve the analysis of HOTS-based device installation needs in K13. The analysis of the needs of the preparation of HOTS-based tools discusses curriculum analysis, student analysis, and analysis of field considerations. Analysis of some aspects that need to be done to study the description of the need to be developed in a learning application in the form of RPP based on HOTS that suits the needs of students, curriculum, and also the field. The population is all the students of elementary teacher education program (PGSD) of STKIP Muhammadiyah Enrekang in academic year 2017/2018. The sample was chosen by using purposive sampling technique. The data was collected through the test technique in order to find out the score of the higher order thinking skills (HOTS) students. The data was analyzed through Independent T-Test with a significance level of 0.05. The questionnaire was completed by 60 students. From the data analyzing using a Likert scale, the result of the questionnaire calculation showed that the students’ average is about 27, 6. This result is in undecided categories as stated on the Likert scale. It means that the students cannot decide their teamwork model preferences from teamwork models that lecturers applied in teaching and learning English in the classroom. Thus, it can be assumed that whatever the teamwork model implemented by lecturers in the teaching and learning process in the classroom, the students can receive it. This study aims to determine how people's perceptions of gender equality in the Agriculture Office of Enrekang District; and to find out the extent of gender equality in the Agriculture Office of Enrekang District. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative method; data collection is used by observation, in-depth interviews, documentation techniques from the results of photographs and archives owned by the local government. In this study, the target of the study was the first employee of the Agriculture Office of Enrekang District, the second community considered to be able to provide information or data in accordance with the research. The results of this study indicate that gender equality in public services, especially the Agriculture Office of Enrekang District, has not yet become a reality. This is evidenced that the number of employees with a ratio of the number of men is 89 (66%) people and the number of women is 45 (34%) people. The results of interviews with the community showed that support for gender equality, women's freedom to express opinions and work outside, especially working at the Agriculture Office in Enrekang District. Kalangan mahasiswa atau lebih dikenal sebagai generasi milineal merupakan pengguna terbesar dalam dunia digital. Mahasiswa menggunakan media digital tidak hanya untuk mencari referensi sebagai bahan kuliah akan tetapi digunakan untuk beraneka ragam keperluan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh mahasiswa dapat mengatahui dan memahami dunia digital dengan sebaik mungkin serta dapat menggunakan secara tepat guna. Temuan yang diperoleh oleh peneliti rata-rata mahasiswa sudah memahami dengan baik dunia digital akan tetapi masih belum semuanya dapat menggunakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Various efforts have been made to hack the corruption problem but have not succeeded. The cultural approach would be a solution to the problem. The cultural approach in question is education. Through education, prevention of corruption can be done by creating a healthy environment, strengthening character, and internalizing the noble values ​​in daily behavior for students. Strengthening of character is reflected by cultivating shame, socialization about the importance of honest culture and the bad of cheating both directly and indirectly. Termsuk by making the "Honesty Canteen" to build the honest value habituation of the students. Another effort that can be done is to integrate anti-corruption education in the subjects taught at school. In anti-corruption education must integrate three main domains, namely the domain of knowledge (cognitive), attitudes and behavior (affection), and skills (psychomotor). Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif, meliputi rangkaian kegiatan yang sistematik untuk mendapatkan jawaban atas permasalahan yang diajukan. Jika dilihat dari jenis dan obyek yang diteliti, maka penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian studi kasus dengan maksud memberikan gambaran tentang pola pembentukan solidaritas sosial dalam kelompok sosial antara pelajar di Baraka. Adapun hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan disalah satu sekolah yang ada di Makassar menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar murid belum mencapai ketuntasan klasikal, aktivitas murid sangat kurang dan murid tidak mengetahui konsep dari materi yang diajarkan sehingga dibutuhkan suatu perangkat pembelajaran yang bisa melibatkan murid dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas, praktikalitas dan efektivitas perangkat pembelajaran matematika menggunakan metode <em>discovery learning</em> berbasis GRANDER pada murid kelas VI SD. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model 4-D. Subjek penelitian adalah adalah murid kelas VI A SD Inpres Minasa Upa yang terdiri dari 22 murid sebagai sekolah simulasi, murid kelas VI B SD Inpres Karunrung yang terdiri dari 24 murid dan murid kelas VI A SD Negeri Minasa Upa 1 Kota Makassar yang terdiri dari 24 murid sebagai sekolah uji coba perangkat. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar validasi, angket respon murid, lembar pengamatan keterlaksanaan perangkat pembelajaran, instrumen penilaian hasil belajar, lembar pengamatan aktivitas murid dan lembar pengamatan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran matematika berbasis GRANDER dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Perangkat pembelajaran berbasis GRANDER dinyatakan praktis karena dua indikator tercapai yaitu respon murid dan keterlaksanaan perangkat pembelajaran.
