Abstract
Human resources (HR) are a special element that cannot be separated from organizations, be they institutions or companies. Basically, human resources consist of individuals who are employed in organizations to function as movers, thinkers, and planners to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, HR management must be carried out effectively by implementing HR management functions. This management involves empowering humans in carrying out tasks to achieve optimal, effective and efficient performance, so that the goals of the company, employees and society can be achieved. HR management in Islamic educational institutions must include aspects such as spiritual development, work ethics and professional skills that are in line with Islamic teachings. Thus, well-managed human resources in Islamic education will not only contribute to the success of the educational institution, but also to the formation of qualified and dignified individuals in accordance with Islamic values
