Rahasia Membangun Perilaku Inovatif Dosen: Dari Kepercayaan Interpersonal hingga Berbagi Pengetahuan

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki efek kepercayaan interpersonal di antara dosen perguruan tinggi swasta di Tangerang (yaitu, kepercayaan pada rekan kerja dan pimpinan) pada perilaku inovatif dan memeriksa efek mediasi dari berbagi pengetahuan pada hubungan ini. Sebanyak 244 dosen perguruan tinggi swasta di Tangerang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kepercayaan pada rekan kerja dan kepercayaan pada pimpinan memiliki efek positif pada aktivitas berbagi pengetahuan. Meskipun efek kepercayaan pada rekan kerja pada perilaku inovatif tidak signifikan, kepercayaan pada pimpinan memiliki efek yang signifikan pada perilaku inovatif. Pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan dosen pada perilaku inovatif juga ditemukan signifikan. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan memiliki efek mediasi penuh pada hubungan antara kepercayaan pada rekan kerja dan perilaku inovatif dan efek mediasi parsial pada hubungan antara kepercayaan pada pimpinan dan perilaku inovatif.
