Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini buat mengetahui layanan Perkuliahan Jarak Jauh (PJJ) terhadap kepuasan pengguna yang ada di UPN Veteran Jakarta, menggunakan sampel dosen tetap dan mahasiswa yang ada pada UPN Veteran Jakarta berasal 7 Fakultas, targetnya 200 responden, hanya terjaring sebanyak 138 orang, pengambilan data memakai google form, penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metoda naratif kuantitatif, serta hasilnya terdapat hubungan antara kualitas layanan dengan kepuasan pengguna.
